India's top builder, HPR Infra, created the upscale luxury villa township project HPR Shades of Green, which has a natural theme. This enormous 4.25-acre showcase development is only available in 2026. It is set to open in May 2026 and features 83 stunning villas with G+2 floors that are available in 4 BHK options. The villas range in size from 2900 to 3150 square feet and start at ₹3.6 crores.
